The ONEP is under the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment. Its mission is to develop environmental and natural resources conservation policies and plans, supports effective implementation, monitors and assess the environmental impact mitigation measures in accordance with the environmental impact assessment report in order to strengthen the economic in the country and support the sustainable development and good quality of lives.
