Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives establishes agricultural global warming mitigation plan by using three strategies namely; 1) Managerial strategy of knowledge 2) Defensive and problem solving strategies 3) Information dissemination campaign and human capital development in order to improve competency of the unit and develop cooperative operational mechanism. The strategic plans are divided into 5 areas that are:
- Plants
- Soil
- Water
- Livestock and fishery
- Climate change and agriculture.
